"The architecture does not impose itself; it sits quietly within the grid lines of the surrounding nature."

Constructed over a period of eighteen months, the Satori Pavilion was designed to function as an quiet digital library and archive for spatial arts. Set against a steep pine forest slope, the building utilizes post-tensioned concrete structural beams and vast expanses of low-iron glass to dissolve visual boundaries between interior workspace and the changing seasons outside.

The building's plan is strictly organized on a 1.2-meter modular baseline grid. Each element—from the oak ceiling panels to the floor joists and anodized aluminum window brackets—aligns perfectly along these lines. This mathematical rigor results in a silent, calming visual rhythm, echoing traditional Swiss architectural precision.
